1. Eligibility
- Must be 21 years or older to purchase or participate in this raffle.
- Void where prohibited
- Agree to abide by all of the rules and conditions contained herein, as well as all applicable local, state and federal laws and regulations.
- Agree to release Treynor Athletic Booster Club and its members from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the raffle including, but not limited to, the selection process.
2. Ticket Purchases
- Ticket donation price $50 each (U.S. Funds only).
- No limit on the number of tickets you can purchase.
- No more than 2000 tickets will be sold.
- Ticket purchases are not a tax-deductible contribution under current IRS regulations. For complete information, the purchaser should consult their tax advisor.
- Purchaser of raffle ticket(s) must provide their name, address and phone number to Treynor Booster Athletic Club for each ticket. If more than one name is listed on the ticket, the first name listed shall be considered the “entrant”.
3. General Prizes
- Four separate $500 drawings
- Four separate $250 drawings
- One Holiday Lights Drawing Package from Wahle Inc. Must live within 50 mile radius of Treynor, IA to qualify.
4. Grand Prize Options: There will be one grand prize winner that can choose from one of the following prize options.
- Defiance Harley Options to choose from: 2020 FX Street Bob OR 2020 FLFBS Fat Boy 114 OR 2020 FLSL Softail Slim OR $17,500 towards the bike of your choice
- Baxter Auto 2020 Jeep Renegade or $17,500 towards the Baxter Auto car of your choice.
- Wahle Inc Option: $20,000 in outdoor living area or another hard-scape project. Must live within 50 mile radius of Treynor, IA to qualify.
- AgriVision Macedonia, IA Option: 2019/20 John Deere One Series 1023E Tractor with 60" mow deck and loader bucket.
- $15,000 cash option.
- In the event less than 700 tickets are sold during the raffle sales duration a grand prize 50/50 cash split of the proceeds less general prizes and other expenses will be given as a prize.
5. Drawing
- The official grand prize drawing will be held at our 2021 Treynor Athletic Booster Bash.
- General Prize drawings to happen throughout raffle but prior to 2021 Booster Bash.
- Need not be present to win.
6. Winner
- If winner is not present at time of drawing, winner will be notified by phone or by mail based on the information received on the ticket.
- Name of winner will be listed on the website treynorboosterclub.com.
- Treynor Athletic Booster Club use their name, likeness, and any statements made by them regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation.
7. Taxes and Other Costs
- All tax obligations, including withholdings on cash prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. The winner is responsible for taxes, license, registration, insurance or fees associated with prize won.
- Winner is responsible for federal income tax implications based on the fair market value of the vehicle/prize.
8. Awarding of Prize
- The winner must contact the Treynor Booster Athletic Club as soon as possible after the drawing, but no later than April 30, 2021 with the decision on which prize will be awarded.
9. Proceeds
- All proceeds, less the prize and expenses, benefit the Treynor Athletic Booster Club
10. Liability
- Purchasers of tickets, by participating in the raffle, release the Treynor Athletic Booster Club, its directors, officers, members and agents from any and all liability, loss or claim arising out of any raffle prize, expressly waive any such claim and agree that the liability, if any, of the Treynor Athletic Booster Club, its directors, officers, members and agents shall be limited to the raffle ticket price paid. In case of any dispute regarding the conduct of the raffle, the decision of the Treynor Athletic Booster Club is binding.
